All tours can operate in English, German, Italian, Spanish.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all Victorian tours we have the following cancellation policy:
24 hrs before start or 'no show': no refund
48 hrs before start: 40% of tour cost
72 hrs before start: 20% of tour cost
More than 72 hrs before start: full refund

Cancellation policy for inter-city public tours:
24 hrs before start or 'no show': no refund
71hrs to 25 hours prior to tour commencement: 70% of tour cost
13 days to 72hrs prior to tour commencement: 50% of tour cost
29 days to 14 days prior to tour commencement: 20% of tour cost
60 days to 30 days prior to tour commencement: 10% of tour cost
Children using same bedding up to 15yo
No accommodation in Melbourne included on these tours

CONDITIONS:

Oceania Tours & Safaris is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged during the tour.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour if the conditions don’t allow it to proceed. We will offer an alternative if possible.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that we have the right information: date and time of airline, airport; date of tour with the correct code, age of passengers, etc. Please inform us of any changes as soon as they occur.

PASSENGER AGES:

ADULT: 16yo +
CHILD: 3 - 15yo
INFANT: Less tha 3 yo – Free. Please let us know the ages of the children/infants (child car seat is compulsory).
